Patrick Hamilton

Nato nel Sussex in una famiglia di letterati afflitta dall’alcolismo del padre – piaga che poi egli stesso erediterà –, in giovane età sviluppò un grande interesse per il teatro. Dopo una breve carriera come attore si dedicò alla scrittura, diventando un grande drammaturgo e romanziere. Tra i suoi libri più famosi ci sono Hangover Square e 20.000 Streets Under the Sky.
