Using combined first-hand experiences as class teachers, in the advisory service, and as teacher trainers, this book was written to help teachers and students in training to consider some of the issues that surround the use of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) in today's and tomorrow's classrooms. It explores the uses of ICT in mathematics teaching and learning, past and present, and provides a rationale for its use within and beyond the daily mathematics lesson, and suggest some innovative ways forward.
