When Worlds Collide

An escape from her former life was all she wanted. To leave the memories of her Ex behind and move on. Well, easier said than done, even though she has moved to a new town and started a new job, Morgan is plagued by nightmares of the accident that killed her Ex and nearly stole the one person she loves most in the world. Her little sister Sally. Not only that but she can't seem to find it in her to trust again. There was no way she would ever put herself and Sally in that situation again. An injured stray dog shows up at the shelter she works at causing tension among some of the residents of the small town. It seems they are narrow-minded when it comes to werewolves and that is exactly what the stray is; a young werewolf. Morgan hides the poor thing away at her remote cabin in order to protect him, but the hunters aren't giving up so easily. Not only is she now in the firing line of the hostile townspeople looking for the werewolf but a group of guys show up in the sleepy town, who seem to be looking for someone. Morgan finds herself drawn to the newcomers against her better judgment. Maverick is more than willing to step in as her knight-in-shining-armor, but Morgan can't bring herself to trust, not after what Luke had put her through. Not after Maverick tried to keep secrets from her. But as danger draws closer, Morgan and Maverick need each other. Moving to Maple Grove was supposed to be a place of healing for both her and Sally but it becomes a place of discovery as an unexpected past comes to light and a future she never thought possible begins to unfold.
