Cultural Cleansing in Iraq: Why Museums Were Looted, Libraries Burned and Academics Murdered

Why did the invasion of Iraq result in the destruction of culture and murder of intellectuals? Convention sees accidents of war and poor planning in a campaign to liberate Iraqis.
