Murder, magic, and a mouthy bird – welcome to justice, Other Realm style. A body’s found pulverised beyond recognition. No witnesses. No leads. Except for one: a talking bird in a cage at the scene who swears like a sailor and claims to know everything. As Chester’s only magical Detective Inspector, I’m first on the scene.
