FYC40 celebra i 40 anni dei Fine Young Cannibals, il trio britannico che ha conquistato la scena musicale mondiale tra la metà e la fine degli anni '80. Il loro percorso è iniziato con l'energia soul e new wave del loro album di debutto Fine Young Cannibals del 1985, per poi raggiungere nuove vette con The Raw & The Cooked del 1989, un successo mondiale che fondeva rock, funk e house, il tutto alimentato dalla voce inconfondibile di Roland Gift. Nel corso della loro carriera, la band ha ottenuto otto successi nella Top 40 britannica, due singoli al primo posto della classifica Billboard negli Stati Uniti, diverse nomination ai Grammy e due BRIT Awards, consolidando il proprio posto nella storia del pop. The Raw & The Cooked ha prodotto brani intramontabili come “She Drives Me Crazy” e “Good Thing”, entrambi in cima alle classifiche statunitensi, la cui influenza risuona ancora oggi, da serie di successo come The Bear alla campagna Chanel di quest'anno con Dua Lipa e Jennie delle BLACKPINK.
