When Diving Boss Jim Martin agrees to set up a Deep Diving gold recovery operation requested by the British Government Special Intelligence Service, little does he know that he will be involved in a mystery death, treachery, violence, and an attempt on his life; that of the head of the SIS; some of his colleagues; and his future wife. The gold belongs to the Ruler of a small Arab country. More importantly to the Ruler, however, sunk with the gold in a recent shipwreck, is the Golden Desert Rose, a priceless family heirloom, thought to have been lost forever to the Ruler and his country in almost one hundred metres of water. All of this, with a little touch of humour on the side.
