Like many young girls growing up, Faith is struggling to deal with her emotions because she believes that other people are saying and thinking unkind things about her. Thankfully, she receives help from an unexpected, experienced friend who guides her to use the beauty of her outdoor space to understand and consider how she listens to her inner voice and how she can use positive self-talk to improve her emotional wellbeing and happiness.
