Previous Life - Untold Stories Need to Be Heard

I grew up in an unhappy family, which confused me about life. No family joy. No support. No confidence. It seemed everything pushed me into a struggling world. I became extremely sensitive and unstable. At a young age, I always thought about the meaning of my existence and wanted to write a book, but the choice of the topic was uncertain. Until recently, digging into my family history helped me make the decision. A book about my family history over four generations during a cruel and chaotic era finally started its journey. It is a family story, but the content is beyond its scope. The topics involve political policies, religious environment, traditions, morality, social behaviors, etc. It consists of four parts: Father, Mother, Family, and Myself. Each part has its own timeline and also overlaps with other parts. A senior father, who had a complicated background and an unpleasant past, was extremely strict in every single life aspect. A proud mother, who had been shaped by traditions and society, desired to have complete control over everything in her favor. They formed a disharmonious family. The road lying ahead was meant to be tough and struggling.
