Reasons for Faith: Equipping the Next Generation

As the title states, this is a book of reasons that validate the Christian Faith. 1 Peter 3:15 says we need to "always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have". The purpose of this book is to present evidences for the truth of Christianity, reasons to be sure that the Christian message is the truth of God's revelation to mankind, through Christ the Lord and His Holy Word. The book strives to answer questions that arise in defense of Christianity, in a succinct and understandable manner. My purpose for writing this book is to provide reasons for Christian Faith to the next generations, my children, grandchildren, and whoever may follow, to equip them to maintain a robust faith, even in a culture that has become antagonistic toward Christianity. Billy Graham said, "The greatest legacy one can pass on to one's children and grandchildren is not money or other material things accumulated in one's life, but rather a legacy of character and faith". This book is my effort to accomplish that purpose. Michael Hall has served most of his adult life in teaching and leadership positions in Christian church congregations, and has maintained a keen interest in the study of Christian Apologetics. He is an Electronic Engineer retired from the Department of Defense, and holds a Master's degree from the University of Louisville. He and his wife Judy are active members of the Southeast Christian Church in Louisville Kentucky.
