The author had to struggle with her own demon and as such is able to write from a personal perspective. That is the first positive step to recovery. This book is a great addition to any home as it is filled with great pieces of advice for the tortured soul. About the Author: Mary-Ann Grady has had her fair share of challenges to deal with throughout her life and thankfully she was able to realize that she needed to get some help and started on the road to recovery from her anxiety.
