There is a vigilante group in town; there leader, no one knows who he is or what he looks like. Eva has seen them and worked with them and will forever be grateful to them. They could be more, but she only met just three of them. Someone is always watching; the stranger is always watching; waiting to help the innocent victims of crime, politics and corruption as justice hangs its price beyond the reach of the people and the old money gets away with crime but with the help of the law. It takes the curious mind of Eva after the death of her sister and the disappearance of her sister's boyfriend to find the killers of her sister, but she must follow the instructions of the strange watcher if she hopes to succeed.
