The only lighting in the room was the streetlight just outside his window, but that was enough to let me look straight into his handsome face. It was clouded with concern. “What’s wrong…?” I began and then realized with a jolt that I had fallen asleep in his bed. I yanked the sheets up and felt my face flame. How was I going to explain this? “Cooper, I’m so sorry,” I whispered, still unable to move and very aware that I was naked. “I came in here and I guess I just dozed off. “It’s okay,” he assured me, his worried frown turning into a soft, loving smile. Lifting my face, I whimpered as he kissed me and pulled me even closer. “You are so beautiful,” he whispered.
