NEIL YOUNG presenta “Way Down in the Rust Bucket”, un inedito album live che documenta il leggendario show con i Crazy Horse del 1990 a Santa Cruz, California. “Way Down in the Rust Bucket” ripropone il debutto live dell’album “Ragged Glory” uscito nel 1990. Dopo aver registrato “Ragged Glory”, Young e i Crazy Horse sono saliti sul palco del The Catalyst a Santa Cruz per svelare i nuovi brani. Un set di più di tre ore che ha letteralmente stregato il pubblico presente. Durante lo show Young ha inoltre suonato live, per la prima volta, “Danger Bird”, brano eliminato dall’album “Zuma” del 1975. Tra gli altri debutti live della serata: “Surfer Joe and Moe the Sleaze”, “Love to Burn”, “Farmer John”, “Over and Over”, “Fuckin’ Up”, “Mansion on the Hill” e “Love and Only Love”. L’edizione BOXSET contiene il DVD live del concerto. Il film documentario è stato diretto da Bernard Shakey. Il DVD contiene anche il brano “Cowgirl In The Sand”, che non appare nelle edizioni CD e LP.
