Jenny Offill è autrice del romanzo Last Things, scelto come Notable Book dell’anno dal «New York Times» e finalista per il Los Angeles Times First Book Award. Coeditor, con Elissa Schappell, di due antologie di saggi, ha scritto libri per bambini e insegna Scrittura alla Columbia University, alla Queens University e al Brooklyn College. Sembrava una felicità (NNE 2015) è stato finalista al Folio Prize. In Italia NNE ha pubblicato anche Le cose che restano (2016).
