He is the Pastor of Youth and Community of the Bethany Baptist Church in Chester, Pennsylvania and a Master Police Chaplain. In the 80's and 90's He traveled around the country using "Educational/Rap Music" to motivate young people. Thus, he was affectionately known as the "Rappin' Rev."
