Advanced Information-Measuring Technologies and Systems II

This book, the second volume of the book “Advanced Information-Measuring Technologies andSystems,” is a testament to the collaborative efforts of the Department of Information-MeasuringTechnologies of the National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv PolytechnicInstitute” and the General Energy Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. Itpresents the main scientific directions and issues of our joint research.The presented results of scientific research are not just solutions to classic problems ofinformation and measurement technologies, but they also represent a leap into the future. Theprediction of the metrological reliability of information and measurement systems, the features ofthe calibration of measuring devices and systems for measuring the parameters of electricalquantities, the development of methods for increasing the accuracy of coordinate and measurementsystems and the accuracy of measuring the characteristics of harmonic signals in the time andfrequency domain, the construction of software and hardware for measurement channels of systems,as well as applied tasks of information technologies—control of the fertilizer granulation processusing fuzzy algorithms and chaos theory, and methods of using variable electromagnetic radiationfor non-contact movement and processing of space debris, all showcase the groundbreaking andexciting innovative potential of our research.
