As a Man Thinketh is a self-help book by James Allen, published in 1903. It was described by Allen as "Specifically dealing with the power of thought, and particularly with the use and application of thought to achieve the outcomes you want. Russell "Russ" Williams (born 21 January 1962) is an English radio DJ from Blackpool, primarily known for his long-running shows on Virgin Radio (from 1993), and since 2008 on Absolute Radio, he has a strong interest in Self Help Titles and believes they can shape the future for all Budding Entrepreneurs and people of Ambition.
