Baz and Raz: A book for all children including those who don't like reading much

'Baz and Raz' is a worthy entry for 'The children's Book of the Year Award' 2025. It is a story that engages even the most reluctant readers. Like many of the classic children's books of the past it such as Tom Sawyer and Huckleberry Finn it recognises and celebrates the awareness and wisdom of children aged between 10 and 12. The main characters are orphans, children for whom life is not easy and whose future is not filled with optimism. Until they are are presented with an opportunity that could change all that has gone before. A chance to reach their true potential and an education that goes beyong all normal limits. Their journey is not without problems and set backs and there are times when they do not know who to trust; except each other. It is a story that will engage the reader from the start to finish, leaving them with a desire for the story to go on and on!
