This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of four workshops co-located with SAFECOMP 2016, the 35th International Conference on Computer Safety, Reliability, and Security, held in Trondheim, Norway, in September 2016. The 30 revised full papers presented together with 4 short and 5 invited papers were carefully reviewed and selected from numerous submissions.
