The two-volume set LNBIP 518 and 519 constitutes the refereed post-conference proceedings of the 25th International Conference on Enterprise Information Systems, ICEIS 2023, which was held in Prague, Czech Republic, during April 2023.  The 30 full papers included in these proceedings were carefully reviewed and selected from a total of 213 submissions.
