1968, Dublino

Nato a Dublino nel 1968, nella vita ha fatto di tutto, dal giornalista al barman, dall’ufficiale governativo al cameriere e al facchino da Harrods a Londra. Dopo aver studiato inglese al Trinity College di Dublino e giornalismo alla Dublin City University, ha lavorato per cinque anni come giornalista freelance per The Irish Times, con il quale collabora tuttora. Il suo primo romanzo, Anime morte, ha aperto la sua carriera di scrittore, che ha visto tutti i suoi libri successivi nelle classifiche dei bestseller del Sunday Times e del New York Times.
