You are moving home - congratulations. This is an exciting time for you. It's also a stressful time for you. Moving home is considered one of the most stressful things you can do in life, right up there with bereavement and divorce. Part of the stress is the sheer expense of moving. A good part of that expense, is paying a legal advisor (conveyancer, solicitor, lawyer) to (i) Give you all the information your require so your move makes financial and happiness sense, and (ii) Ensure you actually do become the legal owner of your new home.
