This book constitutes the refereed post-conference proceedings of the 9th International Conference on Interactivity and Game Creation, ArtsIT 2020, held in Aalborg, Denmark, in December 2020. Due to COVID-19 pandemic the conference was held virtually. The 28 revised full papers presented were carefully selected from 60 submissions.
