When the Last National Winklebutty Bank threatens to foreclose on the property and send its canine residents to their doom in the factory owned by the evil Sausage Baron of Lumpy Bottom, Rocco Parmigiana, retired racing royalty Angeli Cup and her steed Destiny's Poo have only one option: limp right out of retirement.
