An individual who undergoes this kind of situation would feel instant rage and frustration. And why does it happen to him? He was probably going to bang his head against the wall and scream out in despair, wake up the sleeping family members to make them jittery, and go on fighting for a trivial issue. One must spend 10 minutes minimum at the beginning and end of each day to reflect upon the positive things that have happened and thank the Almighty for the kindness.
