The Neurodiversity Handbook for Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants: A Guide for Learning Support Staff, SENCOs and Students

We have a strong history of best-selling books for Teaching Assistants (TAs) and Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) It’s a challenge for schools to manage the professional development of TAs and LSA due to working contracts and funding. TAs and LSAs tend to attend very little training. This book will support professional development for TAs and LSAs and provide a framework for teachers to support their TAs and LSAs through reflections, case studies and practical activities.
