Jamie lives with his nan and grandad. Quiet and shy and in love with the girl next door, his ordinary life is much like most other eleven-year-olds. But everything is about to change. When the death of his grandad triggers an alarming confrontation, an unlikely group of misfits come together, taking Jamie on an unexpected journey where he learns of his grandparent’s past.
