Il fulcro di questa uscita è il set da 5 CD/Blu-ray, che include lo spettacolo Private Dancer Tour di 55 minuti recentemente aggiornato, girato al NEC di Birmingham tra due serate storiche, il 23 e 24 marzo 1985. Diretto da David Mallet e con la partecipazione di performance indimenticabili con David Bowie e Bryan Adams, questo concerto storico è stato meticolosamente restaurato da Mallet, offrendo un'esperienza in prima fila di Tina Turner al suo meglio. Oltre alla performance dal vivo, il set include cinque video musicali aggiornati, con "Private Dancer" completamente restaurato in HD dalla sua pellicola originale da 35 mm.

Tina Turner è lo pseudonimo di Anne Mae Bullock, cantante e attrice la cui sfolgorante carriera è durata per oltre sessant’anni. Tina si affaccia al mondo della musica con il primo marito, Ike Turner, e insieme danno vita all’Ike and Tina Turner Revue. Il successo arriva con una serie di grandi hit, tra cui River Deep-Mountain High e, nel 1971, Proud Mary. Tina divorzia da Ike nel 1978 e ricostruisce la propria carriera con un’altra serie di successi, tra cui l’album Private Dancer, del 1984.
