Alan Lightman

Alan Lightman (Memphis, 1948) è fisico e scrittore. Ha studiato a Princeton e al CalTech e attualmente è professore a Harvard e al Massachusetts Institute of Technology. È noto per aver esplorato l’intersezione tra scienza e discipline umanistiche, in particolare il dialogo tra scienza, filosofia, religione e spiritualità. Il suo romanzo I sogni di Einstein è un best seller globale: è stato tradotto in più di 30 lingue, adottato in numerosi corsi universitari americani e ha ispirato drammaturghi, musicisti, danzatori, pittori in tutto il mondo
