Dr. Marcia Bailey is the Co-Founder of Right Direction Church International in Columbia, Orangeburg, Florence, and Fort Mill, SC. She is the wife of Bishop Herbert Bailey, the mother of four adult children, and a grandmother of five. She lives in South Carolina with her family. Bishop & Dr. Bailey have been pastoring a thriving, non-denominational church for 26 years of pastoral ministry. Dr. Marcia pursued a Bachelor's degree in Special & Elementary Education at Seton Hall University in South Orange, NJ. She also holds a Doctorate of Divinity degree from St. Thomas Christian College in Jacksonville, FL. She is an administrator, anointed teacher, and preacher of the Word of God. Dr. Marcia's ministry communicates a message of faith, power, and whole-life prosperity. She considers it an honor to be used by God and do His Kingdom's work. She Force is a 21-Day Devotion and Journal designed to encourage women to discover that they are a force, and have the capacity to do and be all that God created them to be. In She Force, Dr. Bailey shares her life experiences, and teaches women how to discover and become strengthened in who they are called to be in Christ. She empowers women to spend time with the Lord and discover "What is God saying?" Dr. Bailey is calling all women to be bold and walk in their authority.
