Oliver the Wizard loses his magic hat in the sunny town square. With help from his friends Mia the Owl, Benny the Squirrel, Lily the Baker, and Tom the Toy Maker, they search through the town and park. Along the way, they find a torn kite and—without the hat's magic—work together to mend it using a new spell they create.
