Mary a 16 year old girl encounters battles currently but with Robert and later joseph's help she overcomes it. She battles her aunt venessa who killed her uncle. She battles her father and his wife as they attempt to sell her. She falls in love with joseph and after some year they have a family Adrian Tamara Joyce Bella Romney patience and praise.
