This book is the sum of my efforts to help readers find a personal equilibrium, strength, and power through the understanding and application of immutable laws that will permit them to fully realize themselves. My fondest hope is that all the readers of this book learn how to become the persons they desire to be and to achieve everything they set out to do, regardless of what that might be and the magnitude of their dreams. To achieve this end, it is first necessary to understand the complex manner in which our minds, our brains, and our emotions function and serve as a filter through which we perceive the world around us.
