David Bowie gave us over a hundred singles - twenty seven studio albums - eleven live albums - fifty seven compilations and four soundtracks during the course of his musical career constantly changing his image and music throughout to fit the artistic mood he was in at the time. This book pays homage to David Bowie from his early childhood to his untimely death who really was the most extraordinarily gifted innovative Star Man of his time. The title of this book is not the title of his song, but a play on the words of that song and a tribute to the great star and man that he was.
