‘Depeche Mode: M’ è composto da 2Blu-ray+2CD e 2DVD+2CD contenenti la musica e le immagini del film omonimo concepito e diretto dal regista pluripremiato Fernando Frias (Blu-ray e DVD 1) e la registrazione audiovideo del meglio dei 3 concerti tenuti al leggendario Foro Sol Stadium di Mexico City davanti a 200.000 fans, anche quella a cura di Fernando Frias (Blu-ray e DVD 2 e doppio CD).
il film concerto ‘DEPECHE MODE: M’ intreccia le riprese dei tre show sold out al Foro Sol Stadium di Città del Messico, accompagnando il pubblico in un intenso viaggio musicale. Un percorso che utilizza la passione dei fans messicani come lente per raccontare l’influenza senza tempo della band e offrendo, al contempo, un potente tributo all’indissolubile legame tra musica, tradizioni messicane legate alla morte e alla spiritualità. Nel film viene utilizzato anche materiale d’archivio.
L’evento cinematografico ha un significato particolare anche per la scomparsa del membro fondatore Andy Fletcher nel 2022, con temi di morte e memoria che si intrecciano naturalmente con la musica della band.
Il film ‘M’ sarà programmato in esclusiva in tutti i principali cinema d’Italia e del mondo (2.700 sale in totale) nei giorni martedì 28, mercoledì 29 e giovedì 30 ottobre 2025.
