To all the wonderful early career teachers in our sector… You have entered a career in which you are paid to transform the lives of the most incredible children. What a privilege! You are so determined to make a difference and the education sector is full of inspiring colleagues who will guide and support you along the way. Every school has them. Every school needs them. In this book we introduce you to some of them.
