I started my hypnotic journey in 1974 after witnessing a demonstration of the power of the mind at one of my karate lessons and was hooked at aged 15, wanting to know how a person could get an 8-year-old girl make her outstretched arm solid like an iron bar? I was blown away by this demonstration and as a consequence bought and absorbed many "HOW TO" hypnosis books and cassette tapes, I visited the authors of the books to learn more. I have over 46 years of knowledge inside of my head that I would like to share with you. I was a stage hypnotist for many years but found my real passion is for clinical hypnotherapy helping people overcome personal mental battles. I wrote this book in 1998 and never published it until now due to other commitments I had in my past. I teach in layman's terms and find that people I have taught, grasp the fundamentals straight away.
