Can cages bend in the name of love? Edith Lloyd is a young woman living in Louisiana with her sister and her sister's husband. Jessie Quinn is a celebrated ranger in a small town in Nevada who takes care of his sister and his difficult uncle; he is also a man who has had no luck finding a good bride for himself. When Edith arrives in Nevada, as Jessie's rival mail-order bride, and takes up a job as Jessie's uncle caretaker, she sets in motion a series of events that will test all their life choices. Is the man Edith is supposed to marry really the man he claims to be? But now the question burning in Edith's mind is, did she make the right choice choosing him over Jessie? As their lives get intertwined and hidden motives start to unfold, only true love can set them on the righteous path.
