In Releasing Body System Trapped Emotions, the fifth book of the Going Deeper Series, I admit that this particular book is without a doubt the most complex. It is a massive undertaking to release the trapped emotions of the body system. Not only are we looking at the intricate individual body systems, but we are also looking at their areas, organs, and functions (OAFs). I recommend this book to only the most determined and dedicated students. Now, if you are ready for the challenge, we will begin the same as we have in the other books.
