Our body is a complex system of multi-varied hosts in constant communication with each other. Maintaining a balanced and healthy life requires a lot of factors to be brought together. The process of maintaining balance within this continuum is the function of any healthcare provider. Balance within any healthy system begins from the mind down to the body. Between the mental and the physical, there is an essential process that maintains integrity within the system - this is communication. This book analyzes the relationship between thinking, communication, and healing - as the 3 part process that brings about a healthy system in any person.
