The Pure Love Yoni Meditation

Welcome to The Pure Love Yoni Meditation. The intention of this book is to help you 1) build and hold an energetic container where 2) the fully exposed vagina and clitoris (the sacred yoni) of the woman can receive the energy of pure love flowing through the chest of her giver – all for the greatest good and healing of both people involved. This is a grounded, body-based meditation and spiritual practice. It requires the highest level of sincere intention and authenticity of the participants. It is a totally hands-free meditation. Practiced regularly over time, it can create deep levels of connection, healing, and growth. The benefits are many. I chose to use the word "yoni" in the title of this book because it represents this meditation practice more fully. The yoni is a Sanskrit word that references the female genitalia. However, its meaning transcends the physical anatomy, and includes the mysterious, energetic and spiritual aspects as well. The yoni is a gateway to the whole being and full creative expression of women. When the giver takes deep and continuous breaths, sending a river of pure energetic love through their chest and into the yoni, that giver is facilitating a process of healing and growth within all aspects of the woman: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. In addition, it just feels amazing to be both the giver and the receiver.
